The website www.rhe-set.nl is managed by Rhea Stiekema. Rhea Stiekema is the controller for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the Dutch Data Protection Act.

Rhea Stiekema establishes this Privacy Policy, which aims to inform Users in a transparent manner about the website hosted at the following address: www.rhe-set.nl, (hereinafter the "Site"), and about the manner in which personal data is collected and processed by Rhea Stiekema.
The term “User” refers to any user, whether a natural person or a legal entity, who visits the Site or interacts with the Site in any way.
In its capacity as data controller, Rhea Stiekema determines all technical, legal and organizational means and purposes for processing the personal data of Users.
Rhea Stiekema undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the "Law") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); hereinafter the "Regulation").
Rhea Stiekema is free to choose a natural or legal person who processes users' personal data at their request and on their behalf (hereinafter the "Processor" or "Subcontractor"). Where appropriate, Rhea Stiekema undertakes to select a Processor that offers sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational measures for processing personal data, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.
2. Processing of personal data
The use of the Site by users may result in the collection of personal data. The processing of this data by Rhea Stiekema, acting as Data Controller, or by service providers acting in the name and on behalf of Rhea Stiekema, is carried out in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.
Personal data are processed by Rhea Stiekema, in accordance with the purposes stated below, through the following methods:
● Use of cookies when visiting the website
● Newsletter registration form
● Contact form
● Enter the necessary information to create a membership, after which Zoom links can be provided and email communications can be sent.
● Recording of your Zoom name and voice when creating the Replays.
3. Purpose of the processing of personal data
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of the processing of personal data are communicated to the User. These purposes are as follows:
● To ensure the execution of the services offered and agreed on the site.
● Legal obligation to keep data.
4. Personal data that may be processed
The User agrees that, during the visit and use of the Site, Rhea Stiekema collects and processes the following personal data:
● Name
● Language selection
Rhea Stiekema collects and processes these personal data in accordance with the terms and principles described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Consent
By accessing and using the Site, the User declares that they have read and given their free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of their personal data. This agreement applies to the content of this Privacy Policy.
The User agrees that the Data Controller, in accordance with the terms and principles set out in this Privacy Policy, collects and processes his/her personal data that he/she provides on the Site or in connection with the services offered by Rhea Stiekema, for the purposes stated above.
6. Retention period of the Users' personal data
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2, of the Regulation, the Controller shall store personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
7. Recipients of data and disclosure to third parties
Personal data may be passed on to employees, associates,
Rhea Stiekema's subcontractors, processors, or suppliers, provided adequate guarantees are provided for the security of the data and insofar as they collaborate with Rhea Stiekema to market the products or provide services. They act under the direct authority of Rhea Stiekema and are specifically responsible for collecting, processing, or outsourcing this data.
In all cases, the recipients of the data and those to whom the data is provided will comply with the contents of this Privacy Policy. Rhea Stiekema ensures that they process this data only for the intended purposes and in a discreet and secure manner.
Under no circumstances will data be provided to third parties for direct marketing or prospecting purposes.
8. User Rights

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation, Rhea Stiekema guarantees the User the right to access their personal data. The User has the right to access this personal data and the following information:

Rhea Stiekema guarantees the User the right to rectification and deletion of personal data.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate, or irrelevant data may be corrected or deleted at any time. The User must first make the necessary changes themselves from their user account, unless they cannot be made independently, in which case the request can be addressed to Rhea Stiekema.
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Regulation, the controller shall inform each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed of any rectification of the personal data, unless such rectification proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. The controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients upon request.
c. Right to complain
The User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data by Rhea Stiekema with the Data Protection Authority responsible for the Belgian territory. More information can be found on the website:

The User may also file a claim for injunction with the President of the Court of First Instance of his place of residence.
9.Technical and organizational measures
Rhea Stiekema takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to process your personal data according to an adequate level of security and to protect it against destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, unauthorized access or accidental notification to third parties, as well as any other unauthorized processing of this data.
Under no circumstances can Rhea Stiekema be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of personal data by a third party.
10. Cookies

Rhea Stiekema reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in order to comply with legal obligations in this regard.

12. Applicable law and competent court
This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute may be submitted to the courts of the judicial district where Rhea Stiekema has its registered office.

Terms & conditions
Article 1: Definitions
Provider: Rhe-Set, located in Warisy, Belgium, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 1012.116.707.
Customer/member: The person who makes use of the services and products of Rhe-Set.
Agreement: The agreement between the provider and the customer/member regarding the provision of products/services.
Article 2: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of services and products by the provider.
Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.
Article 3: Offers and Agreement
All offers from the provider are non-binding, unless stated otherwise.
The agreement is concluded when the customer accepts an offer from the provider and complies with the stated conditions.
The provider has the right to refuse a customer without providing a reason.
Article 4: Execution of the Agreement
The provider will execute/perform the products/services to the best of their knowledge and ability, in accordance with the standards of good craftsmanship.
The customer/member is obligated to provide all necessary data and information for proper execution of the agreement.
The provider has the right to involve third parties in the execution of the agreement.
Article 5: Cancellation/Modification
Cancellation by the customer:
Cancellation of a live retreat or workshop must occur at least 1 month before the start. In case of late cancellation, the session will be fully charged.
Cancellation of an online subscription for the sessions cannot be canceled but will not be automatically renewed.
Specific cancellation conditions apply to workshops and courses, which will be stated in the description of the workshop/course.
Modification by the provider:
The provider has the right to cancel or reschedule a session in case of force majeure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. The customer/member will be informed as soon as possible. In case of cancellation by the provider, the customer/member is entitled to a free replay.
Article 6: Payment
The prices for the services/products are listed on the provider's website/price list and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made within 14 days after the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
In case of late payment, the customer/member will be in default by operation of law, and the provider is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
Article 7: Liability
Participation in the services is at the customer's/member's own risk.
The provider is not liable for any damage, of any kind, arising from or related to participation in the services, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the provider.
The provider’s liability is, in any case, limited to the amount paid out by the provider's liability insurance in the relevant case. If the insurance does not provide coverage, the liability is limited to the invoice amount of the respective service.
The provider is not liable for damage to or loss of personal belongings of the customer/member.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights regarding the services, including but not limited to lesson materials, exercises, and methods, belong to the provider.
The customer/member may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the lesson materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the provider.
Article 9: Privacy
The provider processes personal data of the customer/member in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
The Zoom name and voice of the customer/member will be recorded in the live Rhe-Set sessions, which will be available as replays afterwards.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes
These general terms and conditions and all agreements are governed by Belgian law.
Disputes between the provider and the customer/member will, in the first instance, be submitted to the competent court in Rendeux.
