Let yoga help you change. Get to know your physical & mental health. Feel the stiffness, resistance and soreness which you have build up during your life. Bring your pressent awareness and breath to the places where you feel restriction. Breath towards it and let go on every exhale. Now feel how everything is changing all the time. Do not want it to leave or stay, you will start a fight against it or hold on to it. It may leave, stay or change. Let everything come and go as it is.
Like the water in the river. The river is always a river but never the same.
