We would like to invite you to a special spring transformation weekend where you will rediscover the deeper meaning and effect of transformation. During these three days you build a new relationship with your body, trauma, blockages, discomfort, unrest, injuries and/or illness. You work on your own transformation in a safe and supportive environment.

What can you expect?

Deep Self-Care: Build or deepen a solid foundation on which you can continue your self-care in everyday life.

Inspiring Inner Journey: Rediscover the magic of your body and system. Working through paterns, stored trauma and blindspots from within. Reprogram your Nervous System: Make it safe for your own body and transform trauma sending the right signals to your brain.

Program:

Rhe-set sessions: I will create a safe space where I guide you through your whole system so it can show where it needs your awareness. The Rhe-set sessions act as an antivirus for our demanding society. Through accessible postures you touch all layers of your system, making you aware of what is not yours and making transformation possible.

Safe Haven: On your mat you create a safe haven for your body. When the body is safe, relaxation can occur and it presents you what is being released. Three days in this flow will bring a deep change and an experience of safety within yourself that you can also create at home.

Deep Impact: The repetition of the sessions, being together and the calm location will open a field which will give an new imprint of peace and safety. Being in this flow for three days will open a space from within in which changes/transformation are brought about on all layers of your being. You get 'deeper' into your body, so that the peace and transformation becomes tangible not only mentally, emotionally and spiritually, but actually physically.

Special Additions:

Singing bowls: To give the sessions an extra deep dimension, Ellen Koot is also there with her fantastic singing bowls. She will support the sessions and provide a sound bath during most of the savasannas. The singing bowls will support your entire system to sink even deeper into the memory of yourself, the natural frequency of life that the bowls transmit. There is also a beautiful sound concert on the program and, in addition to the singing bowl sessions, Ellen will give massages that she will offer at a reduced rate.

Culinary Pampering: We naturally provide gems in the kitchen with great vegetarian organic dishes.

Extra Care: Albert offers intuitive massages, Ellen offers sound healing sessions and Mieke works with her own group in the same building and will offer cranio treatments if there is space.

Location and Facilities:

This retreat takes place in the well-known retreat center De Schouw, near the beach. This inspiring and creative place, full of self-care options, makes it easy for you to relax and unload. The center the Schouw offers: Large but cozy living and dining room, a quiet room and two beautiful yoga rooms. Indoor wellness with Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, warm water bath, cold water bath, foot bath, scrub salt, sunbed and a nice lounge sofa. Beautiful large garden surrounding the building has a sunny sheltered terrace and various cozy corners. The outdoor swimming pool and the lawn with sun loungers invite you to spend a lot of time outside. Different and attractively decorated rooms. You can choose from single and double rooms with a sink or private bathroom. The rooms without a private bathroom have sufficient sanitary facilities and private shower cubicles.
