This time, we're opening an XXL edition from Monday, November 17th to Friday, November 21st at De Schouw Health Resort. A Rhe-set retreat as you know it: numerous therapeutic Rhe-set sessions combined with Ellen Koot's singing bowls, where healing, meditation, and transformation arise naturally. A space where you, your body, nervous system, and self-healing capacity can rediscover their natural rhythm. The length of the retreat allows for extra space to sink in and settle down, and there will also be more time for Q&A sessions, which will provide more depth for many. As usual, we will keep the schedule very open, allowing whatever arises to arise. This time, we have the entire building at our disposal, without another group next door. This means there's much more peace and quiet in the building and wellness area. The hall will be a little smaller than you're used to, as we've made room for a few extra mats.

We start Monday, November 17th around 1:00 PM and conclude on Friday, November 21st around 12:00 PM. These days are designed to allow you to step out of thinking and doing – and into feeling, listening, receiving, being, and healing. Without goal, without obligation. Simply meeting yourself, carried by sound, movement, silence, and space.

Bringing your own campervan: €745

Shared double room with sink: €775 per person

Surcharge for private bathroom in a single room: €60 per person

Surcharge for private bathroom in a double room: €35 per person

Surcharge for a single room: €120 per person

Location and Facilities:

This retreat takes place at the renowned De Schouw retreat center, near the beach. This inspiring and creative space, full of self-care options, makes it easy to relax and unwind. De Schouw offers: A large yet cozy living and dining room, a quiet room, and two beautiful yoga rooms. Indoor wellness facilities include a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, hot spring bath, cold spring bath, foot bath, salt scrub, sunbed, and a comfortable lounge sofa. A beautiful, large garden surrounding the building features a sunny, sheltered terrace and several cozy corners. The outdoor pool and lawn with lounge chairs invite you to spend time outdoors. Various and tastefully decorated rooms are available. You can choose from single and double rooms with a washbasin or private bathroom. Rooms without a private bathroom have ample sanitary facilities and private showers.
