Rhe set Intensive day event

Take time to dive deep into yourself and let your self healing ability work for you.

Live events are an amazing opportunity to speed up the process of embodying a higher potential of your life.

For experienced Rhe-setters you can choose to work with weight bags (bring your own)

When: Saterday 13 May and/or Sunday 14 May 2023

Where: Veldstraat 5, Gilze

What: Intensive Rhe-set event with 2 in-depth Rhe-set sessions of 4 to 5 hours in total

For whom: suitable for everyone. No experience with Rhe-set session or yoga is needed

Rates: minimum donation €20,- pp to be paid at registration. Please note that this is the minimum price so that everyone who needs and want to join can participate. You can determine your further donation yourself and give it cash at the end of the day. 

If the minimum donation is not accessible to you, please let me know so that we can come to a nice exchange together. 

Materials: Mats, bolsters, blocks and straps are available

If you want to use your own props you can take them.

Experienced Rhe-setters can bring 2 Yoga weight bags between 3-5 kg ​​so you can experience to work with them in a save environment

In brief:

Rhe-set intensive day event 

This intensive day is intended to deepen your practice or to get familiar with the Rhe-set practice.

During this intensive day you give yourself and your body the opportunity to speed up the process to unravel, reprogram and let changes happen. 

Working in real life with me, in a group with like minded people gives  another dimension to your personal practice. We will share experiences and all questions can be asked during the whole day.

I would like to offer experienced Rhe-setters to learn to work with extra weight bags in order to deepen even more in stability and pressure management.

All Rheset events and sessions are always accessible to everyone and every body type. I can adapt the given session to everyone's personal needs. Physical support will be offered where necessary.

Give yourself this gift and practice in a safe environment so that your system gains even more peace & confidence in your own home practice.

Location

We have the amazing opportunity to use a fantastic space of dear friends. There location is not designed for commercial use and we will be the first group to  work in the space. It is a beautiful simple room with an amazing energy and all basic facilities. If the weather is nice it also has a beautiful outdoor space with animals and an vegetable garden. There 4 home chickens are super enthousiast and will great you when you arrive. It might look like they are deffending there terrain but that is there way to express there enthousiasm. If you have a fear for chickens this might not be a place for you to be restfull;).

Program

(bring your own yoga weight bags if you want to learn to work with them)

10.00 arrival with a delicious cup of tea or coffee 

10.30 start of the first Rhe-set session

13.00 lunch potluck (bring your own food to share) vegan or vegetarian

14.30 start of second session

17.00 completion with a drink and some healthy snacks

18.00 closing
