Rhe-set Sunday training in and around the new Water Source Home in Soest 

Kom naar deze speciale Rhe-set trainingsdag vol Rhe-set sessies, klankschalen, natuurwandeling (Soesterduinen), geweldige therapiesessies en potluck (deel je favoriete eten)

Om deel te nemen aan deze training hoef je geen lid te zijn of enige ervaring te hebben met de Rhe-set yoga sessies. Deze dag is OPEN VOOR IEDEREEN!  Op deze dag ontvang je twee lange rhe-set sessies met Q&A die je zullen helpen om je practice te starten of te verdiepen. Mijn twee lieve vriendinnen Ellen & Marijke met wie ik het waterbronhuis heb gehuurd, zullen hun werk ook delen. Ellen zal mij tijdens de laatste sessie assisteren met haar geweldige klankschalen. Daarnaast geeft ze ook de mogelijkheid te proeven aan een klankschaalmassages van 30 minuten. Marijke zal mij bij de eerste sessie assisteren als spaceholder en zal daarnaast Opuhuli (buikmassage) en Acces Bars geven. 

Deze hele dag wordt aangeboden op een vrije donatie basis. Geef wat je wenst te ontvangen.  

Hoe werkt het: 

Als je deel wilt nemen aan deze dag dan kun je gratis je ticket reserveren. Ga na het reserveren van je ticket direct naar QUICK GIFT en doe een donatie. Je donatie samen met je gratis ticket is je bewijs van reservering. Je kunt na het evenement altijd je donatie opwaarderen als je voeld dat je meer hebt ontvangen dan verwacht.  

Stel een vriend of familielid voor: Wil je iemand meenemen, dan kun je meer kaarten reserveren en een donatie voor diegene doen of zij kunnen het zelf doen met de QUICK GIFT-knop onder donaties op de website.  

Het conceptprogramma 

10.30 uur aankomst met koffie, thee en lekkers en uitleg van de dag 

11.00 uur Rhe-set sessie 

13.00 uur middag potluck 

14.00 uur bos & duin wandeling Soesterduinen 

15.30 uur Rhe-set sessie met Klankschalen 

17.30 uur potluck afsluitingsmaaltijd 18.30 uur einde 

* Therapiesessies zijn ter plaatse te boeken en kunnen de hele dag plaatsvinden. Vul je voorkeur in op het inschrijfformulier.

Rhe-set Sunday training in and around the new Water Source Home

Come to this special Rhe-set training day filled with Rhe-set sessions, singing bowls, nature walk (Soesterduinen), amazing therapy sessions and share your favorite foods. 

To join the event you don't need to be a member or need any experience with the Rhe-set sessions this day is OPEN TO ALL!

On this day you will receive 2 long rhe-set sessions with Q&A which will help you start or deepen your practice. My two dear friends Ellen & Marijke with whom I rented the water source home will share their work as well. Ellen will assist me during 1 session with her amazing singingbowls. Next to that she will give singingbowl massages of 30 minutes. Marijke will assist me as a space holder during 1 session and she will give opuhuli (buikmassage) and acces bars. The whole day will be offert on a free donation base. 

How does it work: 

If you want to join this day you can reserve your ticket for free. After reserving your ticket directly go to QUICK GIFT and make a donation. Your donation is your ticket to the event. You can allways top up your donation after the event if you feel you received more than expected.

Introduce a friend or family member: 

If you want to bring someone with you, you can reserve more tickets and give a donation for them or they can do it them selves with the QUICK GIFT button under donations on the website.

The concept program 

10.30 am arrival with coffee, tea and sweets and an explanation of all parts  

11.00 am Rhe-set session  

1 am noon potluck 

2 pm nature walk Soesterduinen

3.30 pm Rhe set with Singing Bowls  

5.30 pm potluck closing meal  

6.30 pm end

* Therapy sessions can be booked on site and can take place during the whole day. Please fill in your preference on the inscription form.
