For whom: This retreat is for anyone who wants to get familiour or deepen with therapeutic bodywork. No experience is necessary.

IN BRIEF What can a Rhe-set retreat mean for you? 

Take the time to dive deep into yourself and activate your self-healing ability. 

This retreat is a great opportunity to accelerate your awareness process. We take you on a gentle journey through all layers of yourself. During the sessions you touch the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. We let your personal healing ability work for you and show what can be changed.  All we do is provide a safe environment in which your body, just like nature, un-does itself of what is no longer needed, transmutes what it can use and regenerates.  Join the sessions whenever it feels right to you. Our retreat motto is: ''Only you know what feels right for your system'  The weekend starts on Friday with a Rhe-set session, an introduction to the connected breath ending in a relaxing singing bowl concert. The sessions will build up in intensity over the weekend so that gradually deeper layers of attention are shown. The Rhe-set sessions will be the common thread throughout the retreat, but these will be supported with breath work by Marijke, singing bowls concert by Ellen and voice liberation from Sarah. In addition, you can book a Craniosacral, Reiki therapy or Sound massage at your own expense. These additions give you an extra depth and angle to make the entire process easier.

THEME/CONTENT 

“Have fun with your body, stop numbing or running away and release deep tensions in love” 

This intensive retreat is a complete package to reconnect, rewrite and give yourself more power and freedom, on every level of your life. During the sessions you will discover and better understand the amazing capabilities of your body. One of the most important parts is stimulating your nervous system and your self-healing ability. Your nervous system is the highway of all connections in your body and has the ability to protect and heal your entire system.  When your body is in danger, the nervous system will respond by fighting, fleeing or freezing. When the body is safe, it just begins to relax and let go. In today's world of pressure, stress and anxiety, we all need more time to relax and let go. In this way our body can maintain the highest freedom of movement and it can heal from external influences at rest. Each Rhe-set yoga, breath, voice and sound session works in this 'pure healing space' where your body switches from the *sympathetic to the *para-sympathetic nervous system.  

LEISURE

There is also room for relaxation and rest outside the program. Time for yourself! But also for movement, deepening, processing, stillness, encounter and for nature. At this beautiful location you can enjoy (massage) treatments and a small wellness area with sauna & hot tub. But you can also take a nice walk in the area or the Leeuwarder forest, go into the city or relax with a book or have a nice chat in the living room or in the garden.  

TREATMENTS 

Our own professional team provides Reiki, Craniosacral and Singing Bowl treatments. This ultimate physical relaxation is optional and for a friendly additional cost. You can register on the spot and pay with the practitioner.
