Undergoing a profound transformation in a magical place in the southern Spanish sun, that is what we offer you. In a safe environment you will have the opportunity to completely return to yourself. An inner journey that goes beyond just improving your own life. Transform & educate your inner teacher/healer through experience and pass on the magic in both your personal and business environment.

Discover how you can use your own system in a positive way as the most important 'experience learning school'. Do you see traumas, blockages, restlessness, discomfort, injuries and/or illness as an gateway and opportunity to go within? The consistency of the sessions during the week(s) allow transformation, integration and deeper understanding and knowledge to arise naturally. This and the underlying 'new' science and insights that Rhea will share give you a clear picture of how you can integrate the sessions in your life.

This retreat is for everyone, but certainly also recommended for therapists, coaches and teachers who want to integrate and pass it on privately or professionally.

What do you receive? 

• In-depth practice

  • Therapeutic Rhe-set sessions

    1-2 hours a day

  • In-depth Rhe-set sessions (both in groups and privately). 2-5 hours a day

  • A handbook with drawn sessions which you can adjust during the retreat and use afterwards for your own practice or 'work'.

  • A zoom conversation with RheaBefore the start of the retreat you will receive a 30 min zoom conversation with Rhea to clarify your personal focus.

  • Two private conversations/sessionsDuring your stay (1 week or longer) you will receive at least two private conversations/sessions of approximately 30 min with Rhea so that you don't miss anything.

• Inspiring, healing, transforming safe place for your inner journey

  We invite you to go deep within every moment and to feel again and again what suits you. Become aware of the language of your body and your intrinsic “Yes” and “No”, not only during the sessions but also in your daily experience. Calm down and turn inward in a natural way. Feel where in your system attention should be directed and become aware of your perhaps unconscious patterns/habits that have arisen from self-protection. Receive tools that you can use again and again to support and accelerate your process.

• Special Activities & Extras

  In addition to the sessions, we offer a diverse program in which you can participate according to your own wishes and needs. Think of a guided silent walk, hiking in the beautiful nature of the Alpujarras, a visit to picturesque villages, the local hippie & art market in Órgiva and a beach day. There is also a special 'Tribal Dance & Sing Experience' and we can organize an 'Ecstatic Dance' evening. Of course you can also choose to chill out in the beautiful garden or by the pool or go out on your own.

• Respectful & joyful food

  The food its gonna be a mix of traditional Middle Eastern food and Spanish dishes, mainly from Andalusia in southern Spain with the influence from Arab traditions. Vegetarian dishes with many nutritional and medicinal properties, focus on seasonal fruits and vegetables from the

  region. There are also healthy snacks, fresh spring water and of course coffee and tea. We seek to relate to the land and the territory through healthy foods that are respectful to our body and the rhythms of the earth.

  During the rest periods between sessions, you can receive an holistic massage on request from our Stefania.

• Henna Art

  Henna art, an ancient traditional form of body art, from the leaves of the henna plant, contact Ariana for create temporary designs to honor your skin

The team

• Rhea: Creator of the retreat and of the Rhe-set sessions. You can probably best call her an expert by experience. Trained in many forms of yoga & coaching in which her own life remains the largest and most interesting study. She will give all sessions with care and depth and look with you where you feel that need. Rhea feels that now is the time to go deeper into how the sessions come about, function, but also how you could pass it on. This and Spain is what makes this retreat unique.

• Menno: Menno is the co-creator of this event and he will be your host and guide during most of the activities. When necessary he is there to assist Rhea during the classes.

• Ariana: Cooking is for her like art. Like everything she does, she does it with a lot of patience, present and passion. She will use her collected knowledge from the different parts of the world to serve us delicious meals full of love.

• Stefania: Massage therapist, yoga-teacher and doula. Take your time to cultivate self-love, where you can let go every tension, at emotional and physical level, and integrate a new way of perceive your body. The techniques of her massages are a mix of different traditions, from Latin America to Oriental Medicine, adapted to the needs of every person. (Including reflexology, reiki, yoga and rebozo). From heart to heart, honouring your inner beauty.

Location

Thanks to one of the Rhe-set members we have found a hidden gem in the Alpujarras region (Granada). A place known for its high energy. The beautiful accommodation is within walking distance of the famous hippy village of Órgiva. It is a unique geographical location on the edge of the Sierra Nevada, overlooking the snow- capped peak of the Mulhacén (with 3478m the highest mountain on the Iberian Peninsula), but also only a 45 minute drive from the beaches of the Costa de Sol.

Our location offers:

• Een hoofdgebouw met 6 A main building with 6 basic rooms for 1/2/3 people, all with private bathroom.

• A cozy living and dining room.

• Dakterras met prachtig uitzicht waar ook sessies gehouden kunnen worden.

• Roof terrace with beautiful views where sessions can also be held.

• Paradise garden with large swimming pool, terrace and sun loungers, chill and hang out corners and enough space for the sessions.

• At the back of the garden there are 4 beautiful (4 pers) casitas, each with its own kitchen, living room and terrace and each has two 2 or 1 person rooms with private bathroom.

A retreat on a minimum donation, what does that mean?

A retreat on a minimum donation, what does that mean? How wonderful would it be if everything were accessible to everyone and we could choose what suits us to heal and feel good about ourselves, without any financial restrictions? This is why the online Rhe-set sessions are offered on a free donation basis. In Spain, we also opt for a ‘New World’ concept, because we believe that a new world starts with yourself.

We are all one and what you put into the retreat, you will receive back from ‘that which we all are’. If you put in a high donation, you give this desire as a signal in your own consciousness. You do not want to receive from us, but from yourself, your own system, that which we are, love. If you want to change something and take it seriously, give it understanding and attention, the change often goes much faster and better. If you would love to join this retreat, it starts reading this information. We invite you to feel what you would like to receive during the retreat and what value that transformation has for you. We never learned to determine our own value at school. So being asked to determine your own value might give you the feeling discomfort and not knowing. It can even cause dissatisfaction and anger which is pretty interesting! Where does this come from, why is it so difficult to determine your own value..? Since it is still such a new concept for many, we have indicated minimum donations to give at least a direction, understanding that they are far from the 'normal prices'. So note that this is NOT a low budget trip far from that ;-)

In short:

• You determine your own ultimate 'own value' for what you want to receive, depending on your carrying capacity.

• When you have the capacity, you can donate more, so that another 'part' of yourself ('we are all one') can join in the transformation*.

• Start your retreat now and feel what your value is based on your capacity and thus directly open a transformation that goes beyond your personal interests.

What else:

• If you are familiar with the Rhe- set sessions or if you will follow the online sessions in the coming months, you can choose the date on which you arrive and how long you want to stay.

• If you are new, you can still decide how long you stay, but we would like to see you arrive on Sunday 25 May or Sunday 1 June.

• If you stay longer than a week, you will not pay a surcharge for your chosen room for the second week.

• If you stay for one week or longer, you will receive sessions in smaller groups and up to a maximum of 2.5 hours of private sessions.

• Super interesting for everyone, but certainly also for you as a teacher, coach or therapist who wants to integrate it into daily life and work.

Karma-ticket:

In addition to the 'standard' basic tickets with a minimum donation, we offer a special 'Karma ticket' where you can help during the week where necessary, for example; cleaning up, washing dishes, preparations or kitchen help. The Karma ticket has a very low minimum donation to keep it accessible to everyone. If you have sufficient means, but would also like to help, you can of course also book a Karma ticket. We will always try to plan activities outside the sessions, so that you miss as little as possible. The Karma ticket is valid for one week, but you can also use it if you want to come for less than a week.

Minimum donation

Karma ticket:  € 333,- (for 1 week, limited quantity)

Basic ticket:  € 555,- (for 1 week)

NOTE:

• These are minimum donations, so you add them yourself!

• You can also decide to transfer the minimum donation price and top up at the end of your stay.

• If you can deduct it yourself as training and want to receive an invoice, please let us know.

• Your donation includes 21% VAT and IB.

Surcharge:

Minimum donation:

• Upgrade to double room: €33,- (only with karma ticket)

• Upgrade to single room: €111,-

• Upgrade to casita (with private living room, kitchen and terrace): €77,- (Please note; Casitas are only possible if the group is large enough. We keep you posted and the surcharge will of course be refunded and you will then stay in the main house)

  
  

All upgrades are per week. If you stay longer than a week, you only pay the upgrade once and you will get a clean bed and bathroom after a week.

Here is a price indication as this is often requested.

The actual value of the retreat/teacher training, including all sessions, accommodation, and extra activities, ranges from €880 to €3500 for a minimum stay of one week. This is not the amount we expect, but it gives you an idea of the value that you can determine based on your financial capacity (salary), your intention (teacher training/retreat), and the number of days you stay.

Included:

• Karma Ticket: standard 3p room with bed linen and private bathroom (if you are coming with your own camper, please contact us about this!)

• Basic Ticket: standard 2p room with bed linen and private bathroom

With both tickets you will also receive:

• 3 healthy vegetarian meals per day

• Healthy snacks, fresh spring water, coffee and tea

• Use of garden, swimming pool, all yoga props, etc.*

• Opportunity to participate in activity program

• If you stay for less than a week, the private sessions will be canceled (can be booked on site, depending on availability)

• Travel expenses

• Transfer from Granada or Málaga Airport (We can arrange this for you. It is also a good option to arrange a rental car together from the airport)

• Travel and cancellation insurance

• Extra drinks

• Massage treatments and henna tattoo are available on separate minimum donation

  
  

All prices mentioned are a minimum donation, which you supplement yourself according to value and means. The actual value is several times higher than the minimum donation. Also note that Rhe-set is a 'normal' company and pays 21% VAT plus IB on your donation. If you have enough means, then you could choose to support someone else and us to make this possible. We are happy to cary it, but all additional support is welcome. Together we change the world!

*SPECIAL NOTE!

If the minimum donation (the price of a Karma ticket) is not enough for you or someone you know, please let us know. If there are enough registrations with participants who have a little more to offer and dare to give value, we will gladly take you along for even less than the karma price.
