Accommodatie Faciliteiten 

Wondering in tranquility, between the characteristic Zeeland coastal villages of Renesse and Zierikzee, lies the inspiring and soothing yoga spot "de Schouw". Despite the fact that Zeeland is so close, you really have the feeling of being away from it all. Spa de Schouw is a light, atmospheric building with artful and relaxing details. The center offers a big but cozy living and dining room, a silent room and 2 beautiful yoga rooms. In the indoor wellness you will find a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, warm water bath, cold water tub, foot bath, scrub salt, sun bed and a nice lounge sofa. The beautiful large garden surrounding the building has a sunny sheltered terrace and various cozy corners. The outdoor swimming pool and the lawn with sun loungers invite you to spend a lot of time outside. The rooms are all different and are attractively furnished. You can choose from 1 and 2 person rooms with sink or private bathroom. For the rooms without a private bathroom, there is sufficient sanitary facilities and private shower cubicles.

Food Full board with vegetarian mainly organic cuisine, tea, coffee, water, fruit and snacks are included.

Program I would like to invite you to be with yourself during this weekend and to feel what suits you in every moment and not only during the Rheset sessions but also when you are not lying on your mat. Really take a moment to go on a journey within yourself and explore where your limits and possibilities lie. Becoming aware of patterns, restrictions and blockades in the physical, mental, emotional but also spiritual layers gives the opportunity for change and growth! For the experienced Rhe-setters I like to give the opportunity to experience what it is like to work with 2 weight sand bags in a safe environment so that they can also be used online and during your personal practice.

The Rheset sessions work as an anti-virus against our current society in which we are constantly under high pressure and incentives. Because of the peace and safety, your system will feel the possibility to relax, giving the self-healing ability the space and opportunity to accelerate. Feeling and listening to your body automatically brings you back to the silence where your body is located and you remember the language of your system. During the sessions we work with accessible, sustainable and variable physical postures. In this way you ask for the potential of your entire system. So you are not looking for anything but work with what presents itself in the moment. All you have to 'do' is determine the pressure and work safely with your system so that you also feel from your mat what is right for you. You reprogram your system on all layers so that you can experience your highest life potential.  In addition to the Rheset program, there is plenty of room for relaxation in the wellness area, for a massage or cranio treatment. You can also borrow a bicycle or just get a breath of fresh air on the beach.
