You can listen to 30 sec off every recorded session and read the text with the explanation of the poses. You can download a recording and listen to them when you want so they are yours.

Work with these recordings as much as you want to reduce back pain and general discomfort. Mind to take it easy with the rotations. and don't put to much pressure in the poses when you deal with back problems.
